Myformpost.com will be an online service which allows subscribers to easily create online forms to gather data from anyone who has access to the internet. Usually, web site owners have to learn about the html code that makes web forms work and how web servers process them. Myformpost allows users to ignore both the back end server-side form processing and the front end html coding needed to make web forms work. In addition, subscribers do not need their own web sites: server space to host user forms is provided. Data collected from web form submissions can either be emailed automatically each time the form is submitted or viewed from a data control panel provided as part of each user's account.


The key to Myformpost's success lies in the ease-of-use to be found in the subscriber account management interface. Users will be able to create their own html forms using simple wysiwyg drag and drop controls. Once the forms are created, they can be uploaded to the user's own web site using built-in ftp or saved to the myformpost server in a special directory assigned to the subscriber account. Forms can also be exported as code segments for easy insertion into user web pages. On the form processing side, users can define how they want the collected data to be handled: from simple emailing to a specified email address to database storage with report generation or extraction to special file formats for spreadsheets.

Options will exist for myformpost subscribers to add additional levels of security preventing unauthorized users from filling out surveys and polls or single respondents resubmitting forms numerous times (and thereby unfairly skewing results).
